西电新闻网讯（通讯员 胡乃岗）据电子装备结构设计教育部重点实验室消息，电子装备与机电耦合理论引智基地第二届研讨会将于6月14日到15日在陕西宾馆召开。届时，将有来自多个国家的12位机电领域的知名专家学者，就电子装备与机电耦合理论的研究和应用展开主题报告和讨论。
“高等学校学科创新引智计划”（简称“111计划”）从2006年起由教育部、国家外国专家局联合组织实施，旨在推进我国高等学校建设世界一流大学的进程。以建设学科创新引智基地为手段，加大成建制引进海外人才的力度，在高等学校汇聚一批世界一流人才，进一步提升高等学校引进国外智力的层次，促进海外人才与国内科研骨干的融合，开展高水平的合作研究和学术交流，重点建设一批具有创新能力的学科，提升高等学校的科技创新能力和综合竞争力。“111计划”瞄准国际学科发展前沿，以国家重点学科为基础，结合高校具有国际前沿水平或国家重点发展的学科领域，以国家、省、部级重点科研基地为平台，从世界范围排名前100位的大学及研究机构的优势学科队伍中，引进、汇聚1000余名优秀人才，形成高水平的研究队伍，建设100个左右世界一流的学科创新引智基地。
据了解，“电子装备机电耦合理论与关键技术”创新引智基地是西安电子科技大学继“现代无线信息网络基础理论与技术学科”、“智能信息处理科学与技术学科”和“宽禁带半导体与微纳电子学学科”创新引智基地之后，获批建设的第4个学科创新引智基地，该基地邀请了来自美国、瑞典、加拿大、法国、日本、新加坡、韩国共计12人的海外专家团队，共同开展该项目的研究。
2014年5月26至30日，电子装备与机电耦合基础理论与关键技术111学科创新引智基地揭牌仪式暨2014首届机电耦合技术国际研讨会在西安电子科技大学召开。即将召开的第二届研讨会将在第一届的基础上，面向国际学术前沿和国家重大需求开展研究工作，努力提升该学科的科研创新能力和国际竞争力。
